We’re using the ADC128S102 with VA at 5V and VD at 3.3V. There is a potential for the 5V to be delayed by 3ms. The datasheet for the ADC128S102 has a note regarding power sequencing that says “care must be taken to ensure that VA is powered before VD”, different wording between the commercial and rad-hard parts.
Would the delay cause any damage to the part? We would like to know about the note on the datasheet and the extent of damage if any.
