DAC5672-EP: BPSK mode application

Hi expert,

If TX is only going to use as BPSK mode, should the DAC settings for DB0~DB13 all be set to 0?

Are there any other settings I need to be aware of?

Hello,

Are you planning to mix the DAC output with an LO?

If all bits are set to 0, they will remain 0.

Hi Amy,

My customer is planning to mix the DAC output with an I/Q modulator.

Are you saying that if I use BPSK code for my DA[13:0], and set DB[13:0] all to 0 , it will operate BPSK modulation correctly?

Hello,

The setup can support BPSK, but we do not provide the tools to generate BPSK waveform.
