Hello E2E team,
I'm building an HF band arbitrary waveform generator with an intense phase noise requirement. Could you please recommend your lowest additive phase noise DAC, both bit count and sample rate are secondary to phase noise performance. I'm specifically interested in the close in phase noise (0.1Hz to 10 Hz).
I have already viewed this E2E Thread but unfortunately only one of the recommended DACs has had its additive phase noise characterized (DAC12DL3200). Furthermore, while the phase noise of that device is good, it's still about 15 to 20 dBc/Hz too high for my application.
Are there any other DACs available that have had their additive phase noise characterized and or offer a performance improvement over the DAC12DL3200?
