Customer is trying to run the GUI of ADS131B4EVM and following the table 8 for default settings. But it was fail.

Hi Brian,

You mentioned ADS131M04 ADC part number in the title of this post, however the customer is using ADS131B04-Q1EVM GUI software, can you double check which EVM hardware and what the GUI software the customer is using?

sorry it was typo. correct one is ADS131B04EVM.

Hi Brian,

The first screen shows the EEPROM content on the EVM is not the expected information. The second screen shows that your hardware was not connected and also asked for installing PSI that is part of the GUI. Are the EVM PDK including the EVM board and PHI controller card new? Can you ask the customer to uninstall the GUI software, download it from the website and install it again?
