Hi Ti support team,
we are designing a High speed data acquisition system, below are the requirements.
Sample speed: 10 to 200Msps
VDD=3.3VDC
No.of bits: 10 or above
input type: single ended
we are considering ADC08B200 or ADC08200 parts, but these are 8 bit ADCs
Can you suggest any other part numbers?
