Hi Goto-san,
The slew rate for your conditions would be similar to the datasheet typical value of 0.6/µs:
I could check this on an EVM, but I wouldn't be able to provide a minimum/maximum value.

Katlynne Jones
Is there a way to see this slew rate in a simulation?
Please check it.
Thank you and best regards,
Hi Kawaoka-san,
We do not have a simulation model for this device.
I can sample you an EVM if you would like to evaluate on hardware.

Katlynne Jones
Thank you for your reply.
I understand that there is no simulation model.
When RL=47 kΩ, CL=100 pF, and VDD=5 V, you informed us that the typical value of the data sheet is close to 0.6 V/μs. Is the measured value of 1.01 V/μs within our expectation?
Also, you said that it is difficult to provide the Max value, but I would like to check how long I have to free it as a soft control.
Is there any problem in recognizing that it doesn't take more than 1ms to stand up 5V?
Please confirm.
Thank you and best regards,
Hi Kawaoka-san,
Thanks for sharing your measured device. I think 0 to 5V in 1ms is a safe/conservative maximum value to use given the 1.01 V/μs you are seeing.

Thank you for your reply.
Certainly.
I am sorry to bother you again, but when RL=47 kΩ, CL=100 pF and VDD=5 V, is it correct that the measured value of 1.01 V/μs is not a problem?
Thank you and best regards,
Hi Kawaoka-san,
Your measured value of 1.01 V/μs is not a problem. It looks like the typical plot in the datasheet even shows a slew slightly higher than the 0.6 V/μs as well:
You might see a slight difference from device to device, but the slew rate should remain around your measured value for RL=47 kΩ, CL=100 pF.
Best,
Katlynne
