ADS8688A: Registers memory storage

Hello,

For an aeronautic application we have to convert analog to digital signals. We chose ADS8688A component thanks to its precision caracteristics.

However we would like to have the information regarding the registers configuration memory storage inside the ADC.

is it inside a RAM or a flash memory ?
