Im looking at these flight parts:
P/N: 5962R1320801VXC
P/N: ADS5474MHFGV
The technical details seems to be identical however is there any difference between the screening flow?
My pkg lead told me that ADS5474MHFGV does not have tests "Lot Specific Group C and DPA" but what do these fabrication tests represent? Can you show me a process flow diagram comparing the two versions?
