We have a custom PCB using the TX7332 IC mated with a Xilinx Ultrascale+ processor. In protoyping, our +/-5 supply is causing issues with the boot sequence of our low voltage rails and we cannot test the Xilinx chip. One (temporary) solution is to disable our +/-5V supply, so we can get the boot sequence correct in order to test the Xilinx chip.
Our concern is:
Is it safe to have AVDD_IO (1.8V) applied to the chip but NOT +/-5V and +/-HVP?
Eventually, we will get the +/-5V supply fixed but we would like to verify operation of the Xilinx chip in the meantime.
