ADC128S102: ADSC128S102 VA From REF50xx

Part Number: ADC128S102

I am planning on using the ADC128S102 in a design that has relatively tight accuracy requirements over temperature, but not that stringent of resolution requirements.

No need to recommend alternate ADC p/n's I am pretty set on the ADS128S102 for this application.

That being said, with the VA input to this ADC being both the analog supply as well as the conversion reference voltage -- I would like to use a precision reference for this part to assist with accuracy budget stackup analysis closure.

I have used REF50xx parts elsewhere with success and these devices are rated to +10mA whereas the VA input of the ADC128S102 is <3mA per the datasheet... So I think that it is an acceptable solution.

Is there anything I am missing? Any reservations from TI support / experts on using the REF50xx as an analog supply (VA) for the ADC128S102?
