we have requirement of one MCU , 24-bit ADC and processor Board, I will explain our application, The 12 channel RTD system is used to read the data from 12 temperature sensors(4-wire RTD) with channel to channel isolated ADC Board we required. in our case 12 channel is not available in single board we will use 2 or 3 boards. Each channel can accept either a thermocouple or a RTD input. our application consists of 3 parts
1) ADC module : to read the 4-wire RTD sensor data
2) Microcontroller :ADC connected to this microcontroller and having the external SD card support to store the ADC data
3) Processor Board: to control the total operations using GUI which is running in the Processor.
External ADC having the below specifications:
1) DC Resolution: 24 bits or higher
2) sampling rate : minimum 5 samples per second for each channel
3) PT-100 3 wire/4 wire RTD we will use.
4) channel -channel isolate ADC board.
Microcontroller having the below specifications
1) ARM-cortex-M3 processor
2) 32 bit data bus width
3)Ethernet support-1 or more
4) 2 channel ADC >=12 bit resolution to read the pressure sensor data.
5) Serial RS-232 support
Microprocessor consists of the below following specifications
1) Microprocessor:Cortex-A57 or A72, 64 bit High speed, multicore processor
2) Operating system: Real time Linux Better for running embedded applications
3) Base Clock Speed of Processor >=1.5 GHz
4) No. of Cores:4 (Quad)
5) RAM Size: 4GB or better
6) GUI QT based
7) LCD 7-inch LCD display support
8) Mouse and Keypad support
9) External SD card support to store the ADC data
please suggest the 3 things ADC, controller , processor board which can fulfill our requirement form your products list.
