In my design we are planning to use this ADC part (ADC10D1500). My validating spec is as follows. While searching the performance in the datasheet in Dynamic Converter Characteristics section it shows only up-to this frequency AIN = 748 MHz @ -0.5 dBFS ;
Kindly, provide us the performance for the listed frequencies for our analysis for using this part.
Input frequency range = 2nd Nyquist Zone Plot Frequencies
Sampling Frequency = 1350 MHz
Mode = 1:2 Demux Non-DES Mode & Non-Demux Non-DES Mode
Parameters = ENOB , SNR , SFDR , SINAD , THD , 2nd Harm , 3rd Harm.
