ADS1259-Q1: Analogue input pin current rating

Part Number: ADS1259-Q1

Hi,

I'm using the ADS1259-Q1 and I would like to eliminate external voltage protection diodes in the analogue inputs to save cost and any measurement error these components may cause. The only thing stopping me is that the datasheet does not dive any information about the absolute maximum input/output currents in the AINN and AINP pins of the device. It only gives the usual 0.3V limit on top of the voltage supply range. The device must have an ESD structure in the bonding pad and I'd like to know what is allowed clamping current this structure can handle.

Thanks for the answer in advance.
