TLC1543IDB and PCM1754DBQR: Device FIT value

We are looking into this for you.  It may take another day or two to find out why the on-line MTBF tool does not have any detail for these devices.

Hi Murakami-san,

My apologies for the delay here.  I went through our quality control engineers and have found no FIT data for these two devices.  They are old products and have not seen any customer returns in over five years.

Dear TOM

Please calculate the fit value from the failure rate data in the market.

Or please estimete Fit value from device processes.

I request one of the following Fit values:
1) Fit value based on market failure rate
2) Estimated Fit value from device process
3) Fit value from market failure rate and estimated Fit value from device process.

Please document the Fit values estimated using these methods and send them to me.

I see that the TLC1543 has recently gone to 'Last Time Buy' status.  As it nears EOL, are you working on a new project?  If so, you should consider an alternative device.  The ADS7956 might be a suitable alternative for you.

I do not request FIT values for TLC1543IDB.
But I only request the Fit value of PCM1754DBQR.
