We have observed under/overshoots at the SPI communication. These under/overshoots exceeds the absolute maximum rating (+-0.3V) noted in the datasheet.
The signal integrity issue is seen at the SPI_SCK_TRANS & SPI_MOSI_TRANS, please see picture below
SPI_SCK_TRANS ^ ~712.5mV
SPI_MOSI_TRANS ^ ~662.5mV
The best way forward would be changing the layout by adding serie termination after the lever shifter (TXB0104RUTR), but we would like to know the risk for the board which are already produced.
