Hi,
When I measure temperature of mixture ice/water with PT100 i see small deviation of the temperate. what is the cause of it? Is there a way to minimize it?
thanks vadim

Hi Vadim,
Could you send a screen shot of the configuration register settings being used? There appears to be a periodic noise signal that may have been picked up in the RTD wiring.
Best regards,

Hi Bob,
the only thing i changed from default 2wire script is the data rate.
thanks vadim
Hi Vadim,
At 1000sps power line-cycle noise pickup is well within the passband. The noise appears to be around 50/60 Hz. You would need to reduce the data output rate or reduce the noise pickup for the wiring. The EVM is a generic design, and is not really designed for additional filtering or improved filtering. If you increase the RC values for the filter to decrease the cutoff frequency, you will also lower temperature change response time. So it is always best to remove the noise before it gets to the ADC.
Best regards,
Bob B
