Please find the above link for voltage margining. You have provided the formula as mentioned in the below image.

VOUT= Rref*(Iref + [(Vdac-Vnom)/Rdac])

I would like you to verify whether we need to provide these below values for respective one.

VNOM- LDO(TPS7A57) output voltage

VDAC- DAC input voltage and for VOUT what value we need to provide.

And also we are using AD5676ARUZ-REEL7 for margining. Can we use this formula for margining with the help of this DAC.

Hello, 

Yes, as long as you providing a voltage based on the equation I shared before, then any DAC could work. Note that the DAC63204 has other features like memory and hi-z on powerup which make it a better choice for voltage margining. 

I don't understand your other questions, can you pleaser rephrase them.

Thanks for your reply. I need to calculate Rdac from the above equation. For VDAC we need to give DAC input voltage, is it correct?

For VNOM we need to provide LDO targeted output voltage, is it correct?

Can you please tell for VOUT what value we need to provide.

Correct, VDAC is the DAC output voltage.

VOUT is your desired LDO output voltage.

Hello, 

This is the nominal voltage configured by the Rref resistor and the 50uA current reference when the DAC output current is 0. 

In the TPS7A57example this is set to 1.8V.
