Could you please let me know, will there be any impact if Voltage is applied to GPIO pin before AVDD supply?

Hi Pradnya,

Please take a look at the Absolute Maximum Ratings table (page 5 of the datasheet) along with the notes. Voltages above AVDD + 300mV applied to the inputs can cause damage to the device.
