DAC9881: Incorrect output signal - cont'd

Part Number: DAC9881

Hi

Sorry for creating a new thread, but the previous one https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters-group/data-converters/f/data-converters-forum/1283858/dac9881-incorrect-output-signal?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=dac9881#

Update : It seems that proper power sequencing, as indicated in the datasheet, must be followed. I've designed a new board respecting the power sequencing : IOVDD must not come up before AVDD and reference voltages must come up after AVDD. Furthermore, the master (micro-controller) must be up and running before the DAC board, so that the pins of the DAC (CS) and LDAC are at the proper levels before the DAC is powered, as indicated in the DAC9881 datasheet.

Our board is now running as expected.

Paul, thank you very for your help !
