ADS7953-Q1: Low logic-level input voltage at V(+VBD) = 1.8 V

Part Number: ADS7953-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS7953

Hello,

I plan to use the ADS7953-Q1 with a digital I/O supply voltage of V(+VBD) = 1.8 V.

Datasheet SBAS652A (for ADS79xx-Q1, August 2014) specifies the Low logic-level input voltage VIL to depend on the analog supply V(+VA). This is strange. VIL values are given for V(+VA) = 5 V and V(+VA) = 3 V.

Datasheet SLAS605C (for ADS79xx, July 2018)  specifies the Low logic-level input voltage VIL for +VBD = 5 V and +VBD = 3 V, not for +VBD = 1.8 V.

Can you please specify VIL for the ADS79xx-Q1 for +VBD =1.8 V? I assume, that it is not depending on +VA but on +VBD. But I do not find any specification for +VBD = 1.8 V.

Thank you.

Matthias
