AMC7924: Datasheet and pin-out

Hi,

I cannot seem to find a detailed datasheet that includes pin out and SPI command format for this component.  The downloadable datasheet concerns only top-level schematics and mechanical dimensions.

I've tried to request this info through the website and the EVM board, but I receive an automatic response about export control.  It seems I can buy the actual component (in the UK) without issue, so do not understand the restriction on the datasheet and EVM board.

I tried contacting the online support and they were not helpful - instead telling me to use the website to buy what I needed, despite this being the source of my issue!

Please can you advise?

    Hi Michael,

    My apologies for the trouble! On the AMC7924 page, there's a link you can click to request the full datasheet. Enter your information and after you are approved, you should be sent an email to the design folder for the AMC7924. This folder contains the datasheet and EVM GUI and user's guide. The full datasheet is restricted to only companies that have a current NDA with TI.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the prompt response.  I have put online requests through the TI page and they are quickly rejected, without explanation.

    Would it be possible for you to put me in touch with someone in order to arrange an NDA, if that is the issue?
