Hello,

What is the approximate input impedance of the PGA on ads114s08? I am trying to characterize the relationship between leakage current of diodes and the potential offset.

    Hi Michael,

    We don't provide a specific PGA impedance value, but it is very high.  The actual input current is based on ESD diode leakage, mux switch leakage, input bias currents, etc..  Due to the number of factors involved, it was decided to specify the actual input current of the device.  This is shown in the Typical Characteristics graphs in section 7.8 of the datasheet.  The ADS114S08 was designed specifically for low input leakage current and is generally in the pA range.
