ADS1299-4: Data rate shifted by about 10%.

Part Number: ADS1299-4

Hi team,

The internal clock is off by about 10% at startup.
It returns to normal by resetting with the RESET pin, but what could be the cause?
I checked the temperature change, but there was no significant change at 25°C.
I checked the frequency for 10 seconds and it was stable with a 10% shift.
It does not always occur at startup, but occasionally.
The input field power supply did not have any significant oscillation or noise.

A pull-down is attached to the RESET pin, and the RESET signal is kept low from startup and set high just before measurement starts.
In Figure 76, RESET is set high at startup, In Figure 76, the RESET signal is set high at startup and RESET is applied after tPOR has elapsed, Is there any problem if the RESET signal is kept low from startup?

Sincerely,
Ryu
