ADC3421: Unused Input Connections

Hello,

We are designing with the ADC3421.

What is the recommended termination methods for unused ADC inputs, unused LVDS outputs, unused SYSREFM, SYSREFP?

    Hi Keith,

    For the unused inputs, tie to the VCM pin (0.95V) through a 50 ohm resistor. For unused LVDS outputs, terminate the output pair with a 100 ohm resistor. For SYSREF inputs, tie the M input to gnd and tie tie P input to DVDD (1.8V).
