ADS124S06: How to calculate the ENOB for this ADS124S06 ADC?

Hi,

We just wanted to know what is the ENOB for this ADC?.

I found the formula to calculate the ENOB = (SNR – 1.76)/6.02 dB but unfortunately SNR Data is not available in Datasheet.

Please let me know any data is available?

The ADS124S06 noise is specified in Table 1 to Table 8 in the datasheet. The spec you are looking for is called "effective resolution"

ENOB is an AC specification that is not really applicable for a low-speed delta-sigma ADC such as ADS124S06
