My customer is going to design their prototype with ADS8694 and they want to use ADS8688EVM-PDK as a reference.
Q1.
In the EVM’s users guide, there is only top and bottom layout information.
Is full layout information available?
Q2.
Is it 4-layers?
Q3.
Is the GND layer just a simple plane?
Q4.
Are the inner layers simple GND plane(same as Q3) and power layer like AVDD and DVDD?
Q5.
Are the GND plane of PHI board and ADC board simply connected through the connector?
Q6.
Is the ADC DVDD is the same VDD which is used for FPGA etc in the PHI board?
