The max. and typ. values are specified in the datasheet, but the minimum value is not specified.

The input is spec'd from 0.3Vpp to 4Vpp.
See Figure 7-9 of datasheet for performance vs clock amplitude below. I have marked 0.8Vpp to show where it starts to achieve decent performance, however the higher clock level is always better due to higher slew and lower randomness on the sample edge. I would still suggest to operate the device at 2Vpp myself as this will get around 0.4dB better than 1Vpp clock.

But I don't find where the input is spec'd from 0.3Vpp to 4Vpp in the datasheet.

Kazuki1san, it is in the figure I posted above. We would not show the SNR at down to 0.3Vpp if it did not work. For this reasons we cannot say anything lower will work.
