Dear Technical Support Team,
What's the difference between DAC63204W and DAC63204?
W seems to be new version.

Hi TTD,
The main difference between the two parts is the packaging. DAC63204 is a QFN 3x3mm package, and the DAC63204W is a much smaller, 1.6x1.6mm DSBGA package.
Thanks,
Erin
Hi Erin,
Thank you for your reply.
I understand the matter you described post.
Most of TI device has same parts name and the package differences are showed suffix.
However I understand that DAC63204 and DAC63204W are different from part name(difference packages).
In addition, what's the difference between DAC63204 and DAC632004?
Best Regards,
ttd
Hi TTD,
I don't believe we have a part number by the name DAC632004. If I'm mistaken, please let me know.
Thanks,
Erin
Hi Erin,
I apologies my typo.
Again, what's the difference between DAC63204 and DAC63004?
Best Regards,
ttd
Hi TTD,
The primary difference between the two devices is that the DAC63004 supports a Deep-Sleep mode, which lowers the input current of the device down to 3uA. Both devices feature a sleep mode, which lowers the VDD input current to around 10uA.
Thanks,
Erin
