Hi Matthias,

I don't have any specific characterization data to share with you, but the digital I/O for the ADS7953 should have sub 100nA of leakage current.

Hello Tom,

thank you for your answer. Do you think, that a maximum digital input leakage current of +/- 1 µA can be assumed for TA = 125°C? (I should now that for selecting the values of appropriate external pull devices.)

Hi Matthias,

Yes, 1uA is a safe assumption.
