I would like to know whether the SFDR signal measured from HSDC Pro includes the Nyquist boundary (DC and Fs/2 frequency), thanks.

I found that GSPS ADC's SFDR includes the Nyquist boundary (DC and Fs/2 frequency).Is it the same with ADS54J20?

Hi Hoy,

HSDC Pro can include them but doesn't include the DC by default. You need to go to test options at the top and click notch frequency bins and modify the parameters. Thanks!
