Part Number: ADS1282EVM-PDK
ADS1282 what is the active input impedance of the EVMADS1282 evaluation system?
also can you tell me if there have been any new A to D chips in this specification or better?

Hello Shane,
The ADS1282EVM includes two input amplifiers which reduces the input impedance to about 1kOhm.
However, if you have a balanced differential signal, such as a bridge sensor or an isolated sensor, such as a geophone, then you do not need to use these amplifiers and you can directly connect to the ADC inputs, which are high impedance.
The latest generation part in this family is the ADS1285.
