TSW14J57EVM: Problem with HSDCPro v6.0 - Error 1149

TSW14J57EVM: Error 1149 occurred in [Auto Re-Arm Trigger Option] with ADC12DJ3200EVM.

Hi,

We encountered the problem as the title discribed.

More specifically, we use the dual channel mode, i.e., JMODE3 as the table 19 in  ADC12DJ3200's pdf. However, since we didn't find the [trigger ini file] in HSDC v6.0 software,  we created a new file based on the the ADC12DJxx00_JMODE3.ini, i.e., add a line "Menu Enable="Trigger Option" in it.  

All these works well for software trigger enable option  & external trigger option. We can capture the data successfully. It's should be noticed that we found the Interface name should be "TSW14J57RevE_16L_XCVR_ADCDDRDACBRAM", other interface didn't work.

BUT, the error occurred when we selected the Auto Re-Arm option and clicked show trigger status.

We tried reintall the software & change WIN10 into English setting as advice in the similar post, but these didn't work!

 

We really need your HELP!

    Can you please uninstall HSDCPro 6.0 and install HSDCPro 5.2 at the link below.  Be sure to uninstall before you reinstall.

    Hi Roth,

    We tried the HSDCPro 5.2 just now, but it still cannot work. The error 1149 still exsits.

    It's also worth noting that with the trig ini profile (such as ADC12DJXX00_JMODE2_trig.ini) that comes with the software, we can't do triggered sampling. And the interface names in these self-contained "trig" ini profile files are all TSW14J57revE_BRAM_RxOnly_16L_trig_FIRMWARE, and we have to change this to TSW14J57RevE_16L_XCVR_ADCDDRDACBRAM to enable triggered sampling. We are not sure if this operation is correct.

    We installed labview2019, and opened the file \High Speed Data Converter Pro\Automation Function APIs\Wrappers\DLL_ADC_Auto_ReArm_Trigger_Settings.vi, it occurred the alarm as shown in the figure below.

    It seems cannot find he Trigger Setting Cluster.ctl.

    Is this the key of the  problem?
