I cannot download the firmware. I am logged onto ti.com with my account where I had ordered the evaluation kit. Provided all of the requested information, checked "civil" and indicated yes to the certifications are true question. Press submit and get message that the transaction was unable to be processed. Sent message to sw_export2@list.ti.com as instructed but got no response. I had previously installed this kit under windows 10 but would not recognize the device under windows 11, so I uninstalled and was attempting to get software for a fresh install under windows 11.
To sum up I have a valid ti account, have bought hundreds of these ADCs using that account, bought the evaluation kit in Sept 2023 and now the evaluation tool is a brick. This all seems completely bureaucratic and unnecessary.
I notice that another user has had the same problem with downloading.
