The SPI SCLK is from uC is around 2.1M-2.3M(477ns), which works well for now to communicate with ADS1147, but the min SCLK is 488ns from the datasheet. If there is any risk to use this frequency?

Thanks for providing the requested information
To answer your question: the ADC should never be operated outside of the Recommended Operating Conditions. Otherwise performance and behavior are not guaranteed. Therefore, the customer should not choose an SCLK period that is less than (<) the 488ns minimum stated in the datasheet. The ADC has specific internal timing needs and an SCLK that is faster than recommended can cause issues
