hi Sir

I Saw a  TI reference design Which called SBAA345–January 2019, that spec is  vout 0-5v, current 0-10A

now, i have a spec is vout 0-15v, iout- 1mA-300mA Adjust 

did you have any suggestion

    Hi,

    You should be able to use a similar circuit to the one in SBAA345.

    Both the DAC80501 and OPA227 could be used for this range as well. For functionality, you would just need to increase the resistor between the BJT and the OPA feedback to be 5x the one below it.
    The rest of the steps in the SBAA345 document can give more specific information about fitting the circuit to your exact needs, like Iq and output stability.
