DAC38J84: IBIS Model Termination Included?

Hi all, 

I am investigating the DAC38J84, and I noticed that the S4P files associated with the part seem to have the termination resistors embedded inside the part. However, the IBIS model has an external termination resistor included inside the circuit. Would you be able to clarify whether this external termination resistor needs to be included inside the IBIS model?
