I found some measurements for other devices with the same package but haven't found anything specific to this device. Please give me one more day on this.

Hi Joselito,

Unfortunately, we do not have this data. We have the spec for the ADS5560/62 with this same package, but the sampling rates are vastly different which will affect the spec value. So, it probably isn't the best reference. If it helps, Theta Jc (top) for the ADS5560 is 12.4 and the max sampling rate is 40 MSPS, as opposed to 190 MSPS for the ADS5546.
