Kindly clarify the Difference Between 56C (RTQ0056C) and 56E (RTQ0056E) Package.

Which component need to be soldered

Note : Thermal pad dimension changing

Last I heard, I believe one of these packages is obsolete, but I don't remember which. I will ask the relevant parties and let you know what they say

Hi Silambarasan,

We are working on a new orderable for the 56E package. Until this orderable is completed, the 56C package is all that will be available.
