ADC12DL3200: Non Deterministic Error on Samples from ADC

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

We are working actually with a custom board with the same ADC converter and we experience the same issue sometimes. This is not deterministic and is experienced casually on a channel or on the other one.

The configuration of the chip is:

-Dual Channel- 4 bus Mode

-FADC = 2GHz

-SYSREF = 12.5MHz 

And finally we put the strobe on the LSB.

How we can manage this issue? Thank you so much.

    Hello George,

    Can you please share some details. Are you able to share a complete list of all the register writes performed to the part.

    Additionally can you try and put the ADC into a user defined test pattern mode and ensure that the output matches just to ensure that the FPGA is receiving the data correctly.
