I am considering using the DAC without an output buffer. From page 17 of the datasheet: "These DACs are capable of driving unbuffered loads of 60 kΩ". I assume all electrical characteristics are met for loads > 60k, correct?

Yes you are correct. Keep in mind the DAC when unbuffered is effectively a resistor with output impedance of 6.25k

Hi Diego,
While our sheet resistor matching is very good, the absolute resistance can vary. I do not have an exact limit, but lot-to-lot variation could be ±20% usually.
