is it possible to read the state of the internal conversion clock, if its running or not, or on the disired frewuency?

Hi Matthias,

I believe you are referencing the internal oscillator that is in use when the averaging module is active. You can read the OSC_SEL and CLK_DIV[3:0] fields of the device. However there isn't a method to externally probe the internal oscillator.
