ADS8328: EOC wrong, data reading wrong in Vivado ILA simulation

Part Number: ADS8328

Tool/software:

Auto channel select, auto trigger, TAG bit enabled, connected to FPGA to run simulation in Vivado ILA. 

cfr       = 12'b100111111111; 

No matter what we try, EOC doesn't change correspondingly to what we write to the cfr. The read back value from cfr doesn't match what we write either. 

Urgent! Can someone help? Thanks!

    Hi Vivian,

    Thanks for your message. If the CFR read back is incorrect, it could be that some timing specs are being violated. What value are you getting when CFR is read back? Could you please share an oscilloscope screen capture of the SDO, SDI, and SCLK lines when writing to the CFR and reading back also? I'm wondering if it is an issue similar to this thread.
