Can you please let me know what is the max input voltage range for the REF0 & REFN0?

I was not able to find the same in the datasheet.

Hi Nanjunda,

You can find the information from the section of 7.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings table in the datasheet.

The voltage range of REFP0/REFN0 under normal operations can be found in the 7.3 Recommended Operating Condition table from the datasheet.
