ADS8688A: How to write program registers of each ADS8688A device in daisy chain circuit

Tool/software:

We are designing 32 channels ADC use 4x ADS8688A. From datashhet, there are no description about writing program registers of each devices in daisy chain.

Can anyone help me to check if we can do update program registers individually in this daisy chain?

    Hi Shin-Hua,

    Welcome to our e2e forum!  Please refer to Figure 92 on page 40 of the ADS8688A datasheet.  The typical programming scheme would be to tie all SDI's together and program the registers with the same content.  If you have the ability to individually chip select each device in the chain, you could in theory have different register content for each device.
