AMC1303M0510: bipolar to unipolar adc conversion and measurable maximum frequency of input

Part Number: AMC1303M0510

Tool/software:

Hello Experts

We have an old circuit that measures the motor current using a delta sigma adc converts the bit stream to an analog value using a 2nd-order, multiple feedback low-pass filter circuit simillar to this

The analog value is then read by an MCU's SAR adc.

At higher motor speeds we notice that there is a considerable phase difference between the actual current and the analog value.

Could you please help me understand what is the maximum frequency this setup is capable of measuring?

We are targetting to measure a motor current frequency from 0 to 1 KHz, Is this possible this the above mentioned setup?
