Hi Sarojini,
Please see figure 53 in the datasheet for SFDR vs input frequency. Unfortunately there are not plots for HD2/3 vs input frequency for this device so the data in the 'Converter Electrical Characteristics' table is the best we can provide despite only ranging from 100MHz to 750MHz.

frequency BW=600 to 1.4GHz
step=0.5GHz
Mode = Non-Demux Non-DES Mode
Parameters = ENOB , SNR , SFDR , SINAD , THD , 2nd Harm , 3rd Harm.

Hi Sarojini,
The EVM platform is very old and we have had some issues to connect to the PC.
We have found an ADC10D1000 we have taken data on. Would that be suffice?
However, the sampling rate the data was taken at, was at 1000MSPS.
My assumption is that you would want the sampling rate to be at 1500MSPS?
Please provide this detail? As it was not provided up front on the original request.
