we have a spec of the INL & Gain errors for AMC60704, my customer wondering how we measure the errors?
Are the INL & Gain error stable error to a particular single device (for example, we set the output to -2V, then get a stable output @-1.98V, the tolerance of all the devices are in the range as claimed ) or randoms error to a particular single device (for example, we set the output to -2V, but the output will fluctuate randomly every time, say, -1.98V, then -1.99v, then -2.01v... ,while still within the error range as claimed)? how could the customer test and confirm the errors?
