ADS1131: ADCs and ADC Mux for high temperature application (above 150C)

Hi,

I am in the need of high temperature application i am in the need of ADCs and ADC Mux IC above 150C.

With 24 bit resolution or greater than 12bit.

    Hello Sagar,

    TI only has 2 precision ADCs rated for 150C or higher.

    ADS8320-HT:
    16b, single channel, SAR ADC, -55C to 210C

    ADS1278-HT:

    24b, 8 simultaneous channels, Delta Sigma ADC, -55C to 210C

    If using a 24b device (delta-sigma), then simultaneous sampling is usually required due to latency of the internal digital filter, which is exactly what the ADS1278-HT is used for.  Assuming you need 8 channels or less, then no multiplexer is required.  If more than 8 channels, the ADS1278 can be daisy-chained with multiple parts to extend channel count.

    I did a quick check and do not see any hi-temp MUX devices available above 150C.
