AFE20408: GaN LDMOS biasing with AFE20408

I was studying the IC AFE20408 and I found it suitable for my application. However, I can see that the Evaluation version has used NMOS FDC6305N for the VDD PAON switch. 
My application requires a drain current of at least 12A, so I just want to know which NMOS is suitable for this kind of application. 

Also, the number of configuration registers in AFE20408 is large. Is there any API, library or register map that I can refer to for writing code to drive this IC?

    In the NMOS-PMOS switch, the NMOS is primarily used for turning on the PMOS. 12A of current should not be going through the NMOS itself, so the selection here is much more flexible.

    You can look at the register map in the datasheet. I also find it convenient to have the EVM GUI on hand for looking through the register map, as it has a much more condensed view of the registers. You do not need the EVM to run the GUI, the GUI has a demo mode.
