ADS1248: Inquiry regarding ADS1248 operation

Tool/software:

We are using ADS1248 for 3-Wire RTD(PT-100) sensor measurement. but there is sudden drop in Temperature as i attached picture, so i tested it.. Could you help me if this waveforms are phenomenon that could reasonable occur with ADS1248? or is there something else should i check? I'm looking for a solution to this issue.

Hi Bobby Kim,

Can you provide more details about what is going on here, and how the error manifests itself in your system?

You show several spikes within a frame called "inverter operation" - can you explain what this means? Are you suggesting that some part of your system is turning on and then you are seeing issues with the ADC readings?

Also, what are the scope images supposed to be showing? All I see is a low frequency 2V square wave - what is this meant to represent?

Please provide a schematic and register settings for the ADC
